By creating an account on Mett, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Mett is an AI-powered meal nutrition tracker. You photograph your meals and the app estimates their nutritional content using artificial intelligence. Mett is operated by Domi.no AS, Juviknipa 10, 5918 Frekhaug, Norway.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Mett. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Authentication uses passkeys (WebAuthn). You are responsible for the security of the devices where your passkeys are stored. Each person may create one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Mett offers a free tier with limited scans and a paid subscription for unlimited use. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal.
We offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you are unhappy with Mett for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of any payment by contacting support@domi.no or through the Paddle customer portal. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, processes all refunds. Outside the 60-day window, refunds are not offered except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Mett, including meal photos and nutrition logs. Domi.no AS owns the Mett application, its design, and underlying technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.
Nutrition estimates provided by Mett are generated by artificial intelligence and are approximations only. They should not be treated as medical or dietary advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for nutritional guidance. Domi.no AS does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated estimates.
Your meal data is encrypted end-to-end. This means that if you lose access to your encryption key (for example, by losing all devices with your passkey), your encrypted data cannot be recovered. Domi.no AS is not responsible for data loss resulting from lost encryption keys.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domi.no AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@domi.no. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Bergen District Court (Bergen tingrett), unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local court.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Mett after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
